This page explains how BeyondCorp Ltd ("Telvoya", "we", "us") handles the storage of your payment card credentials when you make a purchase or save a payment method for future use through the Telvoya service.
What we store
When you make a purchase or save a payment method for future use, your payment card details are not stored on our servers. We use two PCI DSS-compliant payment processors, Stripe and Solidgate, both of which tokenize your card information at the point of entry. We store only a secure token referencing your payment credentials, along with the last four digits of your card number and expiration date for display purposes.
Purpose of storage
Cardholder credentials are stored solely for the following purposes:
- Processing recurring subscription payments without requiring you to re-enter card details each billing cycle.
- Enabling one-click purchases for returning customers.
- Processing refunds or chargebacks related to prior transactions.
Your consent
By completing a purchase at checkout, you expressly consent to the storage of your payment credentials by Stripe and/or Solidgate for the purposes described above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by removing your saved payment method in your account settings or by contacting our support team.
How we protect your data
Both Stripe and Solidgate maintain PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Card data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We do not have access to your full card number, CVV, or PIN at any time.
Retention period
Stored payment tokens are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfil the purposes described above. Upon account deletion or upon your written request, stored tokens are permanently removed from our systems and from the respective processor within 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access information about what payment credentials we hold on your behalf.
- Request deletion of your stored payment credentials at any time.
- Withdraw consent for future storage without affecting prior transactions.
